Still Becoming

My story, told while it's still happening.

I'm a wife, mom, TT, technology professional, cosmetologist, coffee lover, and someone who believes that growth is one of life's greatest gifts.

On paper, my career and life may look very different than where I started. But behind every accomplishment is a story of learning, resilience, and continuing to move forward.

Like many people, I've experienced seasons that challenged me in ways I never expected. Those experiences shaped who I am—but they don't define who I'm becoming.

Today, I still face anxiety. I still have moments of self-doubt. I still learn, reflect, and grow every single day. That's why I don't believe becoming ever ends.

And honestly… I hope it never does.

The community I wish I'd had

Growing up, I didn't have the kind of community I needed. There wasn't a place where I felt truly understood. A place where I could ask questions without judgment. A place where people reminded me that difficult seasons don't last forever. For a long time, I thought I had to figure everything out on my own. As life went on, I realized something: The greatest growth doesn't happen because we never struggle. It happens because someone reminds us we're not alone while we're struggling. Still Becoming is the community I wish I'd had. A place where real conversations matter. Where success and struggle can exist in the same sentence. Where healing isn't rushed. Where ambition and authenticity can coexist. Where people cheer for one another. Where we're allowed to celebrate progress instead of perfection. I don't have all the answers. I'm still learning too. But I believe something incredible happens when people choose to become together. If this community reminds even one person that they're stronger than they think they are... Then it has already fulfilled its purpose. Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

Why I started Still Becoming

I was waiting to feel finished before I let anyone watch me grow. That was the mistake.
For years I thought I'd share my story once I'd 'made it' — once the numbers looked right and the doubt was gone. Then I realized the part people actually needed was the middle. The uncertainty. The quiet mornings of choosing to keep going. Still Becoming is my promise to share it as it happens, not after it's safe.
